Antique Moroccan Fez Polychrome Pottery Vase - $700 (El Prado)

This Moroccan ceramic vase is impressive and rather heavy.
Its bulbous shape is intriguing and elegant.
The hand-painted designs are typical of Fez (Fes) Moroccan designs.
The ceramic has a background glaze on which the designs are painted.
There is a signature on the bottom of the vase.
This vase would make a stunning centerpiece to a table with or without flowers.
Measurements: Height 13.
5" and 7" diameter at widest part of vase (measured from the outside).
The top opening is about 3.
75" in diameter and the diameter of the foot is about the same.
Provenance: family collection.
My mother was born and raised in pre-WW2 Morocco and this is one of the items I have from her family's home.
