As a Warehouse/Storeroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and storeroom, managing inventory, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining a well-organized and efficient storage environment while also ensuring the safety and productivity of the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Monitor, control, and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that products are organized, labeled, and easily accessible.
Staff Supervision: Lead and manage a team of warehouse/storeroom personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Order Fulfillment: Oversee the efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
Purchasing management for bulk spirits, beer, and wine including vendor relationships, forecasting, weekly purchasing, requisitioning, delivery, and inventory security.
Manage outlet requisition process including requisition receipt, fulfillment, delivery, and accounting transfers.
Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the integrity of products and ensure customer satisfaction.
Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits, and providing appropriate training.
Equipment Maintenance: Manage the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
Space Optimization: Optimize storage space, plan for storage expansion if necessary, and ensure the layout of the warehouse is conducive to efficient operations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data using digital systems or other record-keeping methods.
Cost Control: Monitor and control operational costs within budget constraints.
Reporting: Generate regular reports for senior management on key performance indicators, inventory levels, and operational metrics.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in warehouse or storeroom management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and best practices.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
Candidate must have New Mexico Food Handler & Alcohol Server Certifications upon hire.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

is often a fast-paced work environment, especially during Holiday and Peak days.
TSVI is located in a high-altitude alpine environment.
Position may require travel on uneven, snow-packed, or icy terrain and may be exposed to wet, cold, and/or humid conditions.
Must be able to work in close quarters and with other staff.
Physical Demands of Position Include:
Will often lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
80-100% of the time will be spent standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, tasting, and smelling.
25-50% of the time may be spent climbing/balancing and sitting less than 15% of the time.
This position requires individuals to speak and hear as they interact with vendors on a frequent basis.
This position will require individuals to be out in winter conditions 5-10% of the time.
