*Title:* Farm Shop Norte Manager
*Reports to:* Retail Operations Manager

*Job Summary:*
Provide overall management and supervision of Farm Shop Norte.
Responsible for all critical business decisions including team member hiring, development, merchandising, regulatory compliance, programming, and setting a solid foundation for the retail and tasting rooms to thrive and grow.
*Duties & Responsibilities:*
· Maintain a strong floor presence to assist in customer service as well as to provide a lead by example management style.
· Create and maintain strong relationships with the Retail Operations Manager and all Los Poblanos retail outlet managers.
· Develop and maintain a creative store layout, product merchandising, and daily retail execution in support of Los Poblanos vision.
· Create and maintain a culture of outstanding customer service.
· Responsible for the interview, selection, training, development, and counseling of team members in a manner that builds and sustains a high performing team and minimizes turn over.
· Provide accurate, complete information in all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and “ad hoc” management reports.
· Establish and maintain a collaborative working relationship with Los Poblanos ownership, all department managers, and all team members.
· Establish and maintain a positive work environment.
· Consistently communicate and model Los Poblanos vision and goals.
· Collaborate with Director of Wine & Spirits to ensure tasting room experience drives retail sales, customer, and vendor engagement, and achieves the dynamic retail experience unique to Los Poblanos.

· Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations.

*Requirements:*
· Passionate about hospitality, good craftsmanship, design, and New Mexico.
· Enthusiastic about Los Poblanos mission, values, and vision.
· Minimum of two years retail management experience.
· Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, train, and mentor.
· Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Must be able sit, stand, bend, squat, reach and walk 8 to 10 hours a day.
· Able to grasp, lift, carry.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
in short intervals throughout the day.
· Must be willing and can work a varied schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
