Master’s Degree preferred
*EXPERIENCE: *Five years human resources administrative experience.
Knowledge of tribal governments, and working knowledge of fiscal management including budget*.

*PREFERRED CERTIFICATES: * Human Resources certification preferred.
Accomplish the Human Resource goals and objectives by planning, organizing, and managing all assigned functions required to operate and maintain programmatic activities and services.
Ensure effective, efficient, and appropriate recruitment; compensation; benefits; records management systems; training and development; employee relations; policy formulation and implementation; and performance management are maintained in accordance with established federal, tribal, and state laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Updates ENIPC, Inc.
policies and procedures, via ENIPC Board of Governors resolution process.
Develops contracts that govern human resources operations.
