The IT Database Administrator - Supervisor will:
Supervise and Manage the Human Services Department Information Technology Division (ITD), Data Team in the development and maintenance of the data warehouse (DW) reporting and business intelligence (BI) solutions for business management department wide.
How does it get done?
The IT Database Administrator - Supervisor is responsible for:
Managing, coordinating, and participating in the maintenance and improvement of the existing data warehouse (DW) reporting and business intelligence (BI) solutions, and in identifying and implementing new BI and reporting solutions;
Project management, requirement gathering, business analysis, solution architecture and development on all tiers of a BI solution.

This position will collaborate with the serve internal and external business and technology stakeholders at all levels.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has:
Experience with T-SQL, database modeling, Integration Services, Reporting Services, Analysis Services, PL/SQL Developer, and query optimization;
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle Server;
Experience with Export, Transform and Load (ETL) as well as Business Intelligence(BI) tools such as Power BI, IBM Cognos Suite, Tableau, and SSRS is required.
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Engineering or similar technical degree and four (4) years of experience in data analysis, design, storage and security.

Working Conditions
Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage.
Some sitting, standing, bending and reaching may be required.
