*Positions available starting August 15:*
Casita Lead Infant and Toddler Teacher 7:40am-4pm 1 hour Break must be willing to stay later when needed
(Admin, FOCUS Compliant Teacher)
Toddler Teacher in Training8:45am-3:15pm 1 hr Break must be willing to stay later when needed
(Educator must be in the process of receiving the 45 hours training, be willing to participate in all FOCUS trainings and curriculum development and portfolio preparations and display early stages of providing state requirements)
FOCUS Supervisor & Lead Preschool Teacher 8:45am-3:15pm 1 hr Break must be willing to stay later when needed
(FOCUS Compliant Teacher providing Curriculum and portfolios for children, overseas teachers curriculum and training, helps train new staff, will be a team player and step in to get FOCUS expectations mets in any given classroom where needed, will assist director in planning and implementing the highest quality education to our students)
Support Teaching Assistant*-*Lunch & Afterschool when implement if needed by clients 8am-3:30pm 1 hr Break must be willing to stay later when needed
(must demonstrate providing bright wheel curriculum notes needed, Support Staff Lunch flexibility flow ,After care and cleaning.
Educator must be in the process of receiving the 45 hours training, be willing to participate in all FOCUS trainings and curriculum development and portfolio preparations)
*Educators and assistants must demonstrate:*
-Strong knowledge & willingness to meet FOCUS curriculum ECECD State Licensing Regulations
-All employees must have superb attention to cleaning details
- All employees must utilize daily checklists with initials and participate in the end of day checklist even if they leave before the end of the day
-Teachers and assistants are all responsible to connect with parents communication and newsletters
-All details in the contracted agreements will be evaluated monthly and must be upheld
-All positions are given a 90 trial basis with monthly performance follow ups to set goals to support the expectations of the state licensing and curriculum department.
These are at will contracts and can be ended at anytime if the employee and director cannot reach the goals necessary to be incompliance of the facilities mandated regulations.
-Flexibility & Understanding around scheduling, being a team player and willing to step in where the community needs you when possible
*HoliTOMoli Holistic Arts Academy Employees are required to:*
-Progression towards or obtained an AA/BA or certificate is a plus
-must be able to pass a check
-must abide by COVID regulations including testing
-assist with curriculum implementation Including art, emotional development, yoga,music,theatre and more
-working with children 0-6
-flexible with scheduling and able to navigate part time students attending.
-must be nurturing with children/gardening/farming/ and able to be outdoors for extended periods
-friendly with parents and respectful of their boundaries
-must be punctual and reliable and willing to comply with the facilties procedures
-must be willing to assists with bottle feeding,prep and sanitization
-must be willing to change diapers
