What You Will Do
The Document Control and Records Management (DCRM) Group is seeking a highly motivated individual to provide stewardship for the document control program in the Weapons Production organization.
The selected candidate will fill the role of Document Control Lead, responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate completion of the document control process and supporting the Team Leader with work management and team performance assurance activities.
Process Oversight Monitoring the progress of procedures working through the document control process Providing status and metric information as scheduled or ad hoc Prioritize document processing in collaboration with stakeholders, established schedules, and deliverable dates Stakeholder Management Primary point-of-contact for stakeholders Interface with process participants to troubleshoot issues or delays Provide guidance and recommendations to stakeholders related to document control processes and sub-processes Program Leadership Understand the overall DCRM program and the integration into the ALDWP mission and priorities Identify and implement process improvement opportunities Resolve issues or challenges associated with managing information in unclassified or classified environment What You Need Minimum Job Requirements: Teamwork Experience working in a complex organization of diverse operations, combined with a demonstrated ability to function collaboratively with varying teams.
Demonstrated team collaborations, thoughtful team engagement practices, and performance of job duties in the context of the teams and company's broader mission and goals.
Technical Competence Wide-ranging experience in executing and managing document control processes that integrate with other related programs, i.
e.
, engineering, nuclear safety.
Demonstrated understanding of regulations and policies that apply to DCRM and other related programs, i.
e.
, training, safety basis.
Customer Service Proven ability to develop positive customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to provide procedure guidance and status to customer organizations with accuracy and tact.
Communication Demonstrated ability to deliver clear and concise communications.
Demonstrated professionalism and ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external customers, including senior personnel and stakeholders.
Project Management Experience utilizing project management principles to track deliverables and monitor deadlines.
Proven ability to effectively gather, compile, and interpret data to generate metrics and assess process performance.
Personal Leadership Demonstrated history of being self-motivated, results and performance oriented with a track record of dependability and adaptability.
Proven ability to track deliverables and monitor deadlines for accuracy and efficiency.
Computer Skills Wide range of software experience and skills, to include collaboration and information management applications, data manipulation, and presentation.
Education/Experience: Position requires a Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of related experience; or, an equivalent combination of education and experience directly related to the occupation.
At this level, post graduate course work may be desirable.
Desired Qualifications: Experience using Documentum applications.
Experience processing procedures in a highly-regulated environment.
Work Location: The work location for this position is hybrid and is located in Los Alamos, NM.
Hybrid is defined as working partially onsite/partially offsite but within 2 hours ground commute of this location.
All work locations are at the discretion of management and can change at any time with appropriate notice.
Position commitment: Regular appointment employees are required to serve a period of continuous service in their current position in order to be eligible to apply for posted jobs throughout the Laboratory.

Dependent upon the position, additional authorization to access classified information may be required, which may or may not be available to dual citizens.
Receipt of a Q clearance and additional access authorization ultimately is a decision of the Federal Government and not of Triad.
*Eligibility requirements: To obtain a clearance, an individual must be at least 18 years of age; U.

citizenship is required except in very limited circumstances.
