Pharmacy Manager

Responsibilities: Drive the development, planning, and implementation of departmental services in alignment with organizational objectives.
Direct day-to-day pharmacy operations to meet regulatory requirements and performance improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with the pharmacy director to establish short- and long-range departmental objectives.
Plan and implement the medication preparation and distribution framework for the pharmacy's patients.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of annual labor and non-labor budgets.
Perform staff pharmacist duties when necessary.
Qualifications: 4+ years of experience as a pharmacist.
Doctorate in Pharmacy; Bachelor's degree required.
Completion of Pharmacy Residency preferred.
Previous supervisory or management experience is a plus.

Must hold a valid Pharmacist license.
