As the Senior HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role partnering with the Executive Director in fostering a positive work culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational success.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Kingston Residence's objectives.
Support the Executive Director in the day-to-day management of the senior living community.
Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through proactive employee relations, conflict resolution, and culture-building initiatives.
Lead the design and delivery of training programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, and support professional growth and skill development.
Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and support their efforts to build high-performing teams.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR-related matters and promoting a culture of open communication and respect.
Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Partner with leadership to develop and implement performance management processes that align with individual and organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR management, healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
4+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly desirable
Proven track record of implementing successful HR programs and initiatives.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
