The Operations Team Manager is responsible for DETAILING the Club.
You DRIVE a team of meticulous and dedicated team members who clean and maintain the Club with purpose and attention to DETAIL.
You take pride in polishing and perfecting the appearance of your Club to ensure member DELIGHT during their workout experience.
You will DEVELOP a culture of cleanliness in your Club with a focus on retaining members by inspiring your team to find DELIGHT in the DETAILS.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
o Lead a team of DETAILED maintenance technicians Detail and Play team members
o DRIVE a high standard of cleanliness and DETAIL in all areas of the Club
o Oversee the equipment maintenance, including service callouts, equipment checks and on-going evaluation of equipment needs
o Responsible for stocking and ordering equipment parts, cleaning materials, etc.
o Maintain and service pool, spa, steam room, sauna, etc.
o Manage all HVAC upkeep, detail and maintenance
o Manage relationships with vendors and establish system for preferred vendors
o Recruit, train and motivate your teams to ensure the highest operational standards
o Schedule and complete weekly training sessions with your team
o Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
o Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, preferred
o Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
o Must have a valid New Mexico driver’s license (with acceptable driving record) and own means of transportation (registered and insured)
o PC literate, including Microsoft Office and various other products such as CSI, etc.
o Must have a valid CPR/AED certification, including infant and child, within the first 45 days of employment and maintain valid certification throughout employment
o Must be able to work weekends and evenings as needed
Physical Requirements
o Must be able to stand/walk for up to eight (8) hours at a time
o Must be able to sit for long periods of time
o Must be able to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds
o Must be able to perform the following tasks: walk, squat, bend, stoop, stand, listen, read and write
