PROCUREMENT MANAGER

The Procurement Manager is a supervisory level position for the City of Santa Fe Procurement Division that reports to the Chief Procurement Officer.
The Procurement Manager will assist the Chief Procurement Officer to ensure effective and efficient management of the City's procurement operations; responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are in place to provide reasonable assurance that the city assets are protected, and the City's procurement processes are in compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
The Procurement Manager performs a variety of supervisory roles and advanced procurement duties related to assisting with facilitating and coordinating of various day-to-day functions of the procurement division; including planning, organizing, and developing the efficient and effective procurement of all tangible goods, personal property and services needed for the operation of the City.
