The space:
A 3 bed, 2 bath apartment at the Mica (the old Los Pinones apts).
We have a spacious living room, a galley kitchen and dining area, and a little patio/outdoor space off the living room that could become a small garden if desired.
Very short walk to the LANL bus lot.
The complex has a seasonal pool (open till 10 pm!), a year-round hot tub, and a fitness center.
La Tierra trail system is accessible from the edge of the parking lot.
Accessibility: The apartment is on the first floor, but the parking lot is very uneven.
Laundry room is across the hall and includes a short (less than 4") step down to the actual machines.
Mail is on the floor above us.
A) Bedroom and private bath available ~May 1st, $800-850 for single occupancy (depending on how much they increase it at renewal)
B) Bedroom and shared bath available 6/15, $650-$680 for single occupancy (depending on rate increase at renewal)
