$750 / 3br - Two bedrooms open in mesa oasis (Arroyo Hondo)

I am a 32 y/o single woman looking to share this solar powered dream home with two others! Women preferred but open to exceptional cases.
Gardening and wood chopping skills are a plus :) The smaller, sunnier bedroom ($750) is open immediately.
The larger bedroom ($850) w private entrance & woodstove is open March 15.
Both bedrooms share a bath.
My area is on a separate floor.
I work form home as a journalist, but it's usually fairly silent work unless I'm doing an interview.
There are two outdoor kittens and a mama cat here who have had some bad run-ins with dogs, but I will consider yours on case by case basis.
This is not your average rental.
It is a very special home we get to care for, and I would love to share with folks who feel as lucky as I do to live here!
