It is fully solar powered off grid and totally fully functional.
I have land available for someone to park an RV on my property for a 350$ monthly rent.
You need your own solar setup because I cannot support the both of us.
You can live here in your RV on your portion of land we come to agree on.
You need to be self sustainable I really can't afford to keep everyone healthy and happy I'm just supplying the land and a taste of what the san luis valley is really about, for much lower cost than you'll find anywhere else.
