Hello beautiful community.
My housemate and I are looking for a third to live in our beautiful home by April 1st!
We are renting out the master bedroom with a walk in closet to a single person or couple! We all share two bathrooms (the master bathroom and small bathroom), kitchen, living room, dining room and small office space.
We are located on the main street of Don Diego in Santa Fe right in between Trader Joe’s and the railyard.
We have a wonderful location, five minute walk to the farmers market, close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown.
We have a private front yard with a peach tree and a shared backyard with two other wonderful tenants.
The yard has maintained grass, a pond (with a waterfall), an apple tree, grape vines and a plum tree.
It is an oasis outside in the summer.
We are hoping to get a tenant by April 1st but we are flexible.
We are looking for kind, responsible, female individual(s) who have good communication skills, open to gatherings/events/parties in our home, are drug free, and is okay with pets! We welcome your pets too!
We are asking for 1,200 which includes all utilities, including Wi-Fi.
The rent is 3,600 so we all will split it three ways!
