Kitchen and living space is shared.
I'm a shamanic practitioner, spiritual coach and ceremonial facilitator in my early 50's.
I also work in Santa Fe 3-4 evenings/wk and spend a lot of my time staying in Santa fe with my partner.
In the summertime my home operates as a spiritual retreat center where I occasionally host workshops, ceremonies, retreats and other events.
I host a gathering on the 3rd Sunday of every month called "Sacred Sundays" where we gather in circle and discuss different topics in the realms of spiritual transformation, healing and growth.
I also throw an annual "Alter Ego" house party every July :D
My home sits on 3.
75 acres with gorgeous mountain views, a grassy back yard, a grassy courtyard with a water fountain, garden, hot tub, horses and hiking trails right outside the front door.

The property is on a compound shared by another couple in the rental downstairs and my fun loving mother who lives in the guest house next door.
There's also a sweet community of young progressive, artistic folks on our road.
Sometimes we get together for new moon gatherings, bonfires, potlucks, hiking, and lending a hand :D
Things I value in a housemate are good communication, honesty, trustworthiness, down to earth, playfulness and a great sense of humor! Cleanliness is a must.

Organic clean diet (since we're sharing a kitchen and hopefully meals :), eco-conscious, loves hiking, gardening, and the outdoors.

Asking $1000/month, includes all utilities ~ water, wifi, trash, electric, propane, and wood.
Month to month is fine but hoping for a long term arrangement with the right fit.
