It is heavily forested, giving the impression of solitude.

Renter fee requirements: Background check fee $100 and security deposit $750 both due with the application.
First month's rent $750 and gate control deposit $50, and renter's liability insurance, approximately $160 per year, depending on the insurance carrier.
These fees are due at the time of move-in.
