$650 / 4br - 2850ft2 - Seeking New Roommate Starting February 1st, 2024 (Santa Fe)

We are a three roommates in our twenties looking for a fourth to move in when our lease renews.
The house is a 4x bedroom, 2x bathroom near West Zia and St.
Francis.
The house has a substantial living space, yard, fire pit, shed, garage, and above ground pool (when the spring comes).
We are looking for someone fun and low maintenance who cleans up after themselves and is comfortable in a community space.
We are a goofy group and have some ridiculous laughs.
An active goal is to transform our house into a comfortable home.
You will need to pass a credit check when you apply.
We have two cats and are open to a dog if they get along.
Occasionally there will be a toddler running around the house.
