One of our rooms in our beautiful adobe house has become available for rent starting on February 1st.
The entire house consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
This is a fully furnished bedroom with en-suite bathroom for single occupancy, it has a tub/shower combo.
The shared house has a large kitchen and living room with fireplace, laundry room, yard, and several patios.
Electricity, water, gas, high speed wifi, and a professional cleaning of the common areas are all included in the monthly rental fee of $1170.
There is a deposit of $1000, and the last month’s rent is given over the first 3 months (minimum lease is 3 months).
About the housemates:
Karen, late 40’s professional.
Interests include real estate and traveling and is active in the Buddhist community.
Ryan, early 30’s grad student studying philosophy.
Likes to cook, exercise, read/write and is active in local song circle and Kundalini communities.
Has a friendly but excitable miniature labradoodle (25lbs) that lives here part time (never left alone).
