Our West room is coming available for rent on April 1st.
It’s fully furnished with an en-suite bathroom.
Great location in town.
There’s a lock with key on the door and you have full access to the beautifully furnished shared house (formerly a 5-star Airbnb) with all of the amenities.
Not only do we include utilities, but we also provide a cleaning service for the common areas twice monthly.
This room has a bathtub, independent thermostat (you decide the temperature of your room), lots of wardrobe space, live-edge acacia wood headboard, 12 inch latex queen sized mattress with 3 inch mattress topper, desk & chair, bench, and bedside tables with lamps.
There are 3 windows with beautiful views of the private walled-in yard and curtains for privacy.
Quiet hours in the house are from 10pm-9am.
We are very good landlords who live nearby and who have lived in and loved this house for a long time.
We look for stable tenants who appreciate their privacy and solitude but who are also happy to have community
around them.
Single occupancy only.
There’s a washer/dryer.
We ask for 1st, last & deposit.
