*Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative*

*A successful candidate will:*
* Assist with the personal and commercial lines departments
* Provide a high level of customer while helping maintain a book of business.
* Will be responsible for servicing, (processing changes, providing proof of insurance, etc.

* Assist with the collection of premiums and reconciliation of accounts as needed.
* Retain renewal business by contacting insured to review coverages.
* Review current underwriting information to qualify customers for improved programs and monitor renewal premiums for excessive increases.
* Assist Operation Manager with monthly reports, as needed.
*Job Requirements:*
* Current P&C license or a willingness to obtain within 90 days
* Excellent written & verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently
* Strong organizational, & computer skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, team-player attitude
* Possess a strong sales acumen
