Jewelry Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities: * Provide expert knowledge and passionate customer service to clients interested in Native American and Fine Jewelry selections.
* Utilize your extensive experience with museum-quality pieces to educate and guide customers in their purchases.
* Exhibit exceptional sales abilities by meeting and exceeding sales targets and building client relations.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding of various artists, stones, and jewelry making techniques to accurately address customer inquiries.
* Maintain meticulous attention to detail with all administrative tasks associated with the sales process.
* Apply your polished communication skills to interact with customers effectively both in writing and verbally.
* Utilize strong computer literacy to manage sales records, client databases, and correspondence efficiently.
Qualifications: * Previous experience in retail or wholesale within the jewelry industry is mandatory.
* Demonstrated expertise and substantial knowledge of Native American jewelry, artists, and stones is required.
* Proven track record in sales and/or customer service roles.
* Highly committed to delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and remain extremely detail-oriented.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
* Strong computer skills and literacy to use sales software, manage client information, and perform administrative duties.
