Sales Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will support our sales team in achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: - Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks to enhance their productivity.
- Prepares and maintains sales reports using Excel.
- Communicates with customers to address inquiries and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Supports the sales team with customer orders and any questions, issues or concerns - Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales presentation and materials - Verifies customer orders and internal documents for accuracy.
- Aid in account management by ensuring timely delivery of products and resolving any customer issues promptly.
- Provides coverage for the other team members Requirements: - Experience in a sales support role or similar position a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
- Ability to prioritize and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Great organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
- Other duties as needed/assigned.
