001 Exempt: No Work Schedule: Varied Days and Hours Qualifications: High school plus trade or vocational school in Respiratory Care.
Requires New Mexico Respiratory Care training permit and BLS certification.
Less than one year experience in Respiratory Care.
Must be CRTT eligible or currently enrolled in an accredited respiratory program Responsibilities: All Pulmonary Technician I responsibilities.
Maintains and ensures oxygen administration to patients and implements oxygen therapy protocol.
Administers routine respiratory care responsibilities, to include nebulization, Chest PT, IPPB, etc.
Performs diagnostic procedures to include EKG, bedside spirometry, nocturnal oximetry and ABGs.
