The primary purpose of the Electrical Inspector is to perform on-site inspections of electrical construction projects throughout New Mexico to ensure code compliant electrical construction of residential, commercial and public buildings.
The Electrical Inspector will ensure that electrical construction projects conform to adopted electrical construction codes to promote the general welfare of the people of New Mexico by providing that electrical construction is completed within the requirements of the Construction Industries Licensing Act, its regulations and electrical construction code to include life safety and property protection.
This position is primarily to provide inspection service to primarily _*Santa Fe, Espanola, White Rock, Los Alamos, Questa, Penasco, Taos, Abiquiu, Red River, Eagle Nest, Coyote, Angel Fire, Ojo Caliente.
